Kesempatan Yang Datang Dari Orang Lain

Bersilaturahimlah, berkenalanlah, ber-networking-lah. Kesempatan Anda ada di situ. Di sesuatu yang baru.

The 12 Commandments of Wealth

For All of you guys and girls, wake up from your dreams and grab something. start doing this job but remember we were not a perfect human. so just try to do this step by step....

1. Seek money for money's sake and ye shall not find.

2. Find your perfect pitch. (Know your strengths and weaknesses.)

3. Be your own boss.

4. Get addicted to ambition.

5. Wake up early. Be early.

6. Don't set goals – execute or get executed.

7. Fail so you can succeed.

8. Location doesn't matter.
Success can take place anywhere.

9. Moor yourself to morals.

10. Say yes to sales.

11. Borrow from the best – and the worst.

12. Never retire.

Adapted from The Richest Man in Town
by W. Randall Jones

Why do we sometimes cry when we laugh?

Weeping with laughter, sobbing in sorrow: Our bodies react similarly when emotions run high. A few scientists have explored the physical pathways of emotional tears, but none have categorically stated why these tears exist. Tom Lutz, author of Crying: The Natural and Cultural History of Tears, notes Darwin published snapshots of laughing and crying people to demonstrate that the same expression accompanies both behaviours. ''Some tears are squeezed out of the ducts simply because the face is scrunched up,'' explains Lutz. ''But tears also accompany the body's return to homeostasis after extreme excitation. So after a big laughing jag, tears are a sign that the body is returning to normal.''

What tears are made of, however, may offer further clues about why we cry. Unlike tears that well up when you chop onions, emotional tears are unusually rich in protein-based hormones that spike when you're stressed. This fact led one US biochemist to theorise that releasing tears – and thus the hormones in them – may be the body's attempt to reduce stress. Regardless of its cause – be it pleasure or pain – people do tend to feel better after a good cry.

Recycle Your Computers, Not the Data

So you got a new computer with the latest technology, but before you discard the old one, make sure you completely eliminate information from the hard drives.

Before you trade in or dispose of your old computer, the hard drives should be wiped of sensitive, private information. Data contained on non-functioning computers could fall into the wrong hands much to the embarrassment of the previous user.

“Even though data can be lost due to physical damage or human error, it’s not irretrievable,” says Bill Margeson, president and CEO of CBL Data Recovery Technologies Inc. “That’s why it’s especially important that computers changing hands, either for reuse or disposal, are properly cleansed of all personal information.”

Repeatedly deleting data, repartitioning or reformatting the hard drive will not erase data completely. Until data is actually overwritten by new information or a signal, programs that read disk sectors directly can still recover lost data. The guaranteed ways to destroy data or make it completely inaccessible are to degauss, wipe the drive, overwrite files or to simply destroy the storage media itself.

There are software programs that can destroy data completely like CBL Data Shredder that offers a free application for Windows that eliminates the possibility of resurrecting computer data. To download CBL Data Shredder for Windows, go to www.cbltech.com.sg.

(So buat yg hobi travelling n yg mau kesana, nggak perlu repot2 nyewa kendaraan atau transportasi yg mahal ketika udah disana... mungkin cukup bersepeda kalo nggak ya jalan kaki).. Lumayan ngirit kan?

1.Vatican City - 0.2 square miles - The world's smallest state, the Vatican has a population of 770, none of whom are permanent residents. The tiny country which surrounds St. Peter's Basilica is the spiritual center for the world's Roman Catholics (over 1 billion strong). Also known as the Holy See, Vatican City is surrounded by Rome, Italy.

2.Monaco - 0.7 square miles - The tiny state of Monaco lies along the French Riviera on the French Mediterranean coast near Nice. An impressive 32,000 people live in this state known for its Monte Carlo casinos and Princess Grace. It has been independent off-and-on since the 13th century.

3.Nauru - 8.5 square miles - The 13,000 residents of the Pacific island Nauru rely on diminishing phosphate deposits. The state became independent in 1968 and was formerly known as Pleasant Island.

9.Seychelles - 107 square miles - The 81,000 residents of this Indian Ocean island group have been independent of the United Kingdom since 1976.

10.Maldives - 115 square miles - Only 200 of the 2000 Indian Ocean islands which make up this country are occupied by 340,000 residents. The islands gained independence from the U.K. in 1965.

11.Malta - 122 square miles - This island is just south of the Italian island of Sicily. It became independent from the United Kingdom in 1964 and the British military were completely gone by 1979. The population is 400,000.
